Dr Joshua Luke holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration (DBA) from Teesside University in England. Graduated with a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Northampton in UK and a Bachelor’s degree with Honours from National University of Singapore, he holds several other specialised certifications, including master certifications in image branding, communications, service excellence, diploma in psychology, etc. With Dr Luke’s expertise and experience in worldwide speaking, training and coaching, and in business management, leadership and marketing, he brings a wealth of both knowledge and real-life skills to the table during his lectures utilising both multi-national corporations and small-medium enterprises for contextualisation.

Ms Novi Lin graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from University of New South Wales (AU). She has conducted various lectures in the topics of business administration, marketing, management and operations in Singapore. Ms Novi also holds a double-Specialist Diploma – in Psychological Studies and Educational Psychology, while possessing another Certificate in Para-Counselling. With expertise and experience in teaching, learning and lecturing to her belt, her lessons are always filled with both academic knowledge that are current and with hands-on application that will add value to students and learners.

Ms Gwen Quek holds a triple Master Certifications – in Personal Branding (GIECA, Asia Oceania), Professional Image Consultancy (APICSA, SA) and Business Etiquette (IBICA, US). Graduated from the Singapore education system, her up-to-date teaching, training and lecturing content will not be just theoretical concepts, it will also be highly demonstrative, hands-on and engaging. From personal brand management to personal branding, Ms Gwen wins audience over with her ever-patient and composed teaching style.

Mr Patrique Craig is a graduate of the Singapore education system and holds a Master Certification in Corporate Brand Management from GIECA (Asia Oceania). Armed with 20 over years of real-life business management, operations and marketing experience for both multi-national corporations and small-medium enterprises, Mr Patrique shares interesting concepts and insightful perception that follow up with times in his teachings and lectures on the various aspects of business administration.
